The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, being just a stone's throw away from the main train station. This makes it incredibly easy to travel to and from Fiumicino airport. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a nice area, surrounded by plenty of food options and amenities.

The hotel could benefit from a refurbishment, especially in terms of the outdated decor and worn carpets.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, providing free maps of the city. The breakfast offered a good selection of pastries, cereals, coffee, tea, eggs, and cheese. The hotel also provides WiFi, although the signal may be stronger in the hallway or reception area.

The street noise outside the hotel can be disruptive, especially during late hours, with the sound of rubbish bin collection being particularly bothersome.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I loved the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always were really nice too assist me. the hotel's location was perfect. It was just a short walk away from the main train station, making it convenient for me to explore the city. the hotel offered free high-speed WiFi, a great advantage for me as I was able to stay connected and easily plan my daily activities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Termini station, made getting around the city easy. Plus, there was a supermarket right inside the station and a restaurant next to the hotel. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast selection on the 5th floor was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff, especially Mr Salvador at the reception, were kind, friendly, and helpful. They were great too assist me, even coming to my rescue when I had trouble opening the safe in my room late at night.
